Health Care

It is well known that weight loss and healthy weight maintenance can reduce the risk of many chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.  In addition to prevention, there is extensive information available that suggests that healthy eating and being physically active on a regular basis can help the management of disease and possibly reversal of it.  As healthcare providers, it is essential that we address these issues with our patients and provide for them the appropriate information to meet their needs. Below are some websites with resources that may be helpful to you in your clinical practice.
