Resources for Parents and Families

Parent and families play an important role in promoting healthy eating and physical activity among children.  Whether it’s offering healthier snack options at home or working with schools to promote wellness programs, there are plenty of ways for parents and families to take an active role in promoting wellness.

CanDo offers educational resources to parents and families on ways to improve health by eating well and being active.  Additionally, CanDo offers connections to community resources and agencies who offer programs that promote healthy lifestyles.
